Our
Mission:
Digital
Video Surveillance Systems, Inc. is a professional
corporation from Texas. We have been providing
security and CCTV related services for more than twelve
years. We began manufacturing digital video recorders
in 1998 and we completed our first system in 1999.
That system was installed at a hospital in San
Antonio. That system is still in place and recording
video today. We have come along way since that system
was installed. Our systems have improved from 30
frames per second to 480 frames per second recording.
Our image quality has improved from an average file size of
2KB per image to 64KB images. The one thing that has
not changed is our dedication to our customers. We
will not sacrifice quality to earn an extra dollar.
For that reason, where so many others have failed, we are
still here.
What
DVSS Provides:
Complete
Systems - We only use the highest quality parts
to complete our Digital Video Recorders. We only use
Intel Mother Boards and Processors and RAM that has been
certified by the Computer Memory Test Labs. As well
as, every component used in the completion of our computer
has been certified compliant by the Microsoft Windows
Hardware Quality Labs. Every component installed
includes a three year manufactures warranty. We truly
believe that the system is only as strong as its weakest
part.
Capture
Cards - DVSS makes available, to its
dealers, the capture cards we sell. The Capture Cards
and Software are available to dealers that have demonstrated
the ability to complete systems with limited assistance.
We offer limited technical assistance in the completion of a
working DVR. Please review all documentation prior to
requesting card level sales.
System
Design - DVSS offers system design services
to its customers. We can design systems that range
from the very basic to complex systems that include multiple
sites, Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras and intricate wiring solutions.
Design services include network design as well.
Part
Sales - DVSS sells cameras, power supplies,
computer parts and other CCTV related components. We
offer competitive pricing and stand behind every part we
sell.
Technical
Support - We offer online technical support
documents related to Digital Video and CCTV. Documents
related to networking issues, system completion and
installation are available in our support pages.
Training
- Hands On training classes are available at our
offices in San Antonio. Please check with us for
current course schedules and pricing. Currently no
courses are scheduled during the summer months.
